This unique program utilizes the Storeways Management Simulator which is designed to strengthen a manager's ability to effectively make critical decisions in the highly competitive and changing retail markets. During the program the results of key management decisions such as pricing, advertising, display, inventory management, and staffing are studied in detail.
What Will Be Gained?
The ability to:
Develop strategic plans and make decisions consistent with market demands, seasonality, resource availability, and sales and profit objectives.
Critically assess periodic store results and take appropriate future action.
Identify key techniques that can be quickly implemented to address competitive pressure, increase sales, and enhance profits.
